If you’re not completely happy with your new frames, you can return them within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging.

 

All our optical frames come with a 24-month warranty covering any manufacturing or material defects under normal use. This warranty doesn’t cover accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

 

To arrange a return or warranty claim, simply email us at customerservice@megane.com.au with your order number and a short description of the issue — we’ll take care of the rest.

 

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply in addition to this warranty.
